I use LooksMenu and Extended Facial Sculpting, Eyes Of Beauty, Valkyr Female Face Texture and Natalia Face Texture. They help with sculpting and textures, tbe textures are mainly for the females though I haven't found many male face texture mods out there

To get the same look did they suggest that one used both the Oni face mod and Natasha face texture. This gave me the tanned skinn problem at first but I managed to fix it by disabling some mods and then activating them after. I had the Valkyr female Face mod on at the same time as some of my other characters used it.

The mod recommends the face mod Valkyr Female Face Textures, which I'd like to switch to. I'm worried if I switch I'll get the dark face bug (which sounds like is really hard to get rid of, if you can at all.) I'm using Vortex. Has anyone done this? Should I leave well enough alone or uninstall Real HD and Install Valkyr?? Any help is appreciated.
Female Face is Tanned So I start out the game with a 'pale' female skin. I install 'Valkyr Female Face and Body Textures', and I see my character with tanned skin. I did not install the High Definition Resolution Texture Pack, and I don't have any other texture mods installed.

The Valkyr Female Body Textures are incompatible with CBBE. From the mod page: Face texture is compatible with every body mod. Body texture is for vanilla body only. You can find CBBE body texture here.
Face textures are universal by gender unless you're using some form of unique player mod, so any of the face textures you see for player characters will also apply to NPCs. I use Valkyr Face/Ida Body for females and Young Male Face Texture/Simple Male Redux body for males.

All are compatible except Valkyr. Only the face texture is compatible with CBBE, not the body. I recommend FSM since it has a lot of options to pick from in the FoMod installer. Check out Biraitbec modlist if you need a good starting point.
