You confirm that:

You have read all the rules below;

You accept that participation is free and does not guarantee any material or non-material rewards (either now or in the future).

Key conditions:

The project is non-profit;
All positions (management, administration, telegram bot) are volunteer-based;
It is prohibited to demand payment or create paid services based on the project.

Important:

1) Age: 14 years and older (at the time of application)

2) Mandatory conditions:

Full agreement with the project rules
Willingness to work for free
Availability of Telegram for communication
Participation in the following events:

3) Desirable qualities:

Experience in similar projects (not necessary)
Activity and responsibility
Teamwork skills

1) Management

The work consists of the distribution of intellectual activity MisterKMV
Responsibility for maintaining a positive image of the project

2) Telegram bot

The work consists of moral assistance to people and conducting dialogues on permitted topics
Ensuring the correct operation of the bot and its interaction with users

3) Administration

The work consists of controlling the behavior of chat participants
Ensuring compliance with the rules and resolving conflicts

Participation in the project is voluntary. All employees agree to work consciously and without coercion.
All content created by MisterKMV (texts, images, audio, video, bots, scripts and other materials) is its exclusive property.
Employees have no right to claim the authorship, commercial use or distribution of MisterKMV's work without official written permission.
Any unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of project materials is punishable by lifelong dismissal and possible legal consequences.
Mandatory fulfillment of the TOR without arbitrary changes.
Confidentiality – it is forbidden to disclose the internal information of the project.
Responsibility – each employee is responsible for their area of work.
Violation of the rules leads to lifelong dismissal /ban from office.

|01| Rules (Telegram bot)

Spam is prohibited!
Profanity and insults are prohibited!
Discussions are prohibited:

Military and religious conflicts!
Politics and extremist topics!

4. Racism, discrimination, and xenophobia are prohibited!

5. Content 18+ is prohibited! (including hints and erotic materials)

6. Commercial advertising is prohibited! (without approval)

7. It is forbidden to spread personal data! (doxing)

8. You must respond politely and within the established topics!

9. Ensuring compliance with the rules and resolving conflicts!

|02| Rules (Management)

It is forbidden to impose one's own point of view on others
Disinformation is prohibited!
It is forbidden to use one's official position for personal purposes!
It is mandatory to coordinate public statements with management!

|03| Rules (Administration)

Objectivity is an unbiased attitude towards all participants!
Abuse of authority is prohibited! (ban without reason, favoritism)
Mandatory warning before punishment! (except for gross violations)
Control over compliance with the rules by all participants!
It is forbidden to ignore user complaints!
Coordination with other administrators in case of disputes!

General Note: The Administration, Management, Telegram bot and others are part of the project. Any lack of professionalism damages the reputation of MisterKMV

1) General violations (not including particularly serious ones)

The first violation is an official warning and recorded in a personal file
Repeated violation – lifelong dismissal / ban without the possibility of recovery

2) Especially serious violations (immediate dismissal and legal consequences)

These include:

Assignment of authorship (plagiarism, theft of MisterKMV content, an attempt to pass off his work as your own).
Unauthorized distribution of project materials (sale, publication on third-party resources, use for commercial purposes).
Forgery of documents/falsification of data on behalf of MisterKMV.

2.5) Deliberate sabotage includes, but is not limited to the following malicious actions:

Technical attacks:

Hacking of project accounts/servers
DDoS attacks on project resources
Distribution of malware (viruses, trojans)
Intentional disruption of bots/sites (code injections, exploits)

Information damage:

Leakage of confidential data (logins, user databases)
Publication of internal correspondence/documents
Falsification of evidence against the project

Reputational damage:

Creation of fake scandals with fake screenshots
Organization of harassment of participants/administration
Distribution of compromising information to partners/ media

Economic damage:

Theft of donations/budget funds
Blocking of the project's payment systems
Forgery of financial documents

Consequences:

Instant and irrevocable dismissal.
Blocking in all project services.
Legal prosecution (including a claim for damages and, if necessary, a referral to law enforcement agencies).

3) Disciplinary measures

In case of controversial situations, an internal investigation may be conducted.
In case of ambiguous violations, temporary suspension may be possible until the circumstances are clarified.

Any attempt to appropriate, copy, or illegally use MisterKMV content is automatically considered a gross violation, even if this is the first violation of the rules.

Examples of violations:

Publishing MisterKMV materials under your own name.
Using his ideas, texts, bots, or designs for personal/commercial purposes.
Selling, reposting, or modifying content without permission.

Punishment: Immediate ban + legal measures.

All project employees confirm that:

Have read these rules in full
Will not dispute MisterKMV's rights to his work
Understand their duties and limitations
Accept the terms of employment voluntarily and without coercion

2) Dynamics of the rules

The management under the control of (the owner of MisterKMV) reserves the right to make changes to the rules, including changes to the salary

2.5) Terms of work:

At the moment all positions in the project (Management, Administration, Telegram bot) are voluntary and unpaid!
All updates are published in a private channel (for employees)
Employees are required to independently monitor changes

The fact of continuing to work in the project after the publication of the rules or their update is considered:

Acceptance of the terms
Obligation to comply with the established norms

4) Final Provisions

Entry into force:

The rules come into force from the moment of their publication in the official channel for employees.

Regulation of relations:

All interactions within the project are regulated exclusively by the current version of this document.

Priority of versions:

In the event of disputes, the only legally significant version is:

The latest published version of the rules;
The Russian-language original document posted in the official channel for employees.
Localized versions (in other languages) are purely informational and have no legal value.
