UZCSDQualification requirements for the position of tester
Education requirements
· The tester must have a higher education degree.
· The higher education degree must be obtained in one of the following fields: information technology, software engineering, computer engineering, applied mathematics and IT, information systems and technologies.
Work experience requirements
· At least 2 (two) years of work experience in software testing, information systems, automated systems, or IT projects.
Knowledge requirements
The tester must have the following knowledge:
· theoretical bases and modern methods of software testing;
· types of testing: functional, regression, integration, system, acceptance, load testing, and stress testing;
· rules for developing test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and checklists;
· software development life cycle (SDLC) and the place of testing in it;
· basics in information systems architecture;
· basics in databases and SQL queries;
· requirements for ensuring information security, data integrity, and confidentiality;
· general principles of securities market infrastructure, depository activities, and financial transactions;
· procedures for working with state and internal regulatory documents.
Requirements for professional and practical skills
The tester must have the following practical skills to:
· plan, organize, and control testing processes;
· identify, describe, classify, and prioritize software defects;
· work with bug-tracking systems;
· prepare official reports and conclusions based on test results;
· analyze technical specifications, functional requirements, and project documentation;
· interact effectively interaction with developers, system administrators, and other interested departments;
· conduct retesting and regression testing.
Language requirements
· Official language proficiency (Uzbek).
· Proficiency in Russian at B2 level.
· Proficiency in English at least B2 level.
Proficiency in information and communication technologies
· Computer literacy, confident use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint office programs.
· Skills in working with testing tools and systems.
Qualification requirements for the position of internal controller
Education requirements
· The internal controller must have a higher education degree.
· Field of study: economics, finance, accounting, auditing, banking, securities market, law, or other related fields.
Work experience requirements
· At least three (3) years of work experience in finance, banking, securities markets, auditing, internal control, or risk management.
· A securities market specialist qualification certificate is required.
· Work experience in depositories, investment institutions, or other financial organizations is an advantage.
Requirements for knowledge and professional skills
An internal controller must have the following knowledge and competencies:
· legislation and sub-legislative regulatory acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan governing the securities market;
· regulatory acts governing the activity of the Central Depository;
· basics in the organization of internal control and compliance systems;
· basics in financial reporting, accounting, and audit;
· methods for identifying, assessing, and managing risks;
· principles of corporate governance;
· requirements for ensuring professional secrecy and information security.
An internal controller must have the following practical skills to:
· conduct internal audits and prepare conclusions based on their results;
· identify violations and shortcomings, as well as make proposals for their removal;
· develop and analyze internal regulatory documents (regulations, rules, instructions);
· prepare reports and informational and analytical materials;
· interact with state control and supervisory authorities.
Language requirements
· Official language proficiency (Uzbek).
· Proficiency in Russian at B2 level.
· Proficiency in English at least B2 level.
Personal and leadership skills
· High level of responsibility and discipline.
· Ability to think systematically and analytically.
· Ability to ensure that decisions are implemented.
· Stress resistance and culture of working with confidential information.
· Strict adherence to professional ethics and rules for preventing conflicts of interest.
