Shining Song Starnova: Everything about it. I've been somewhat surprised on the lack of information about the content of this visual novel. From what I've seen in the other thread, people have been wondering about this and that, but there haven't been many answers. So here's some details from somebody who actually played the whole damn thing.
Starnova is really, really good. It took all the good things we had in Sunrider and throws out the bad, like annoying mini games. The writing is better, the characters are interesting, the art is better looking than a lot of Starnova's japanese contemperories, and the background music gives the game a fresh feel compared to other novels on the market.

Well, I haven't read Shining Song Starnova, so I can't speak to the quality of that work. I did read this entire review though, and the author either doesn't like visual novels or isn't being intellectually honest about what they are.
