note : by default there will be 60hz for everyone, it won't force or auto triggered to 90hz like we faced earlier in some roms. So oc users can simply enable it from settings and non oc users just ignore it or flash 60hz dtbo or any other kernel.
- Fixed Refresh Rate on some apps with going up to 90hz like blackhole etc
- Fixed auto 90hz while unlocking with fingerprint
- Added min/max refresh rate control, per app refresh rate, refresh rate qs tile, extreme refresh rate.
