VITALIY LOYKO: MY HOPES HAVE BEEN FULFILLED

UzLITI Engineering

UzLITI Engineering employs many specialists from different countries. For each of them the time spent in the company will certainly become a great milestone in their professional career and life.

This can be fully attributed to Vitaliy Loyko, Chief Specialist of the Department of Substations and Overhead Lines. He came to Tashkent in 2020 among a large group of Ukrainian specialists, and during his years of work at UzLITI Engineering Vitaliy has gone through several stages of career growth.

“Working in this company has become very effective for me,” said Vitaliy Loyko. “I started working in the Department of Electrical Engineering, as the 1st Category Engineer. A year later, I became a Lead Engineer. In 2022, I moved to the newly created Department of Substations and Overhead Lines. In the beginning, there were only two people working here, but over time a team of 15 employees was formed. I am glad that together with my colleagues I took part in the development of a number of major projects, including the construction of a Copper Concentrating Plant (MOF-3) and a Mining and Processing Plant at the Tebinbulak deposit. We are engaged in the design of external power supply of 10 to 220 kV, as well as substations of 35-220, for example, “Ruda” IPCC at the MOF-3 Project.

Vitaliy Leonidovich graduated from the Tavria State Agrotechnological University in Melitopol in 2015, and for five years was working as a Design Engineer in “Khersonoblenergo” company.

“I moved to Tashkent on the proposal of my former manager in Kherson," continued Vitaliy Loyko. “There was a desire to try my hand at some big projects. And my hopes were fulfilled.”

Vitaliy moved to Uzbekistan together with his wife Inna, who found a job in one of the local scientific and technical journals. Now she is on maternity leave, looking after their baby, for whom Tashkent has become a new homeland.

“I live quite comfortably here, with people I love, a nice job, and a great team. All this makes life happy and allows me to make new plans," Vitaliy Loyko summarized our dialogue.

On the publication day of our post, Vitaliy was promoted and appointed as Head of the Substations and Overhead Lines Department. We congratulate Vitaliy and wish him new achievements in his career and happiness!
