Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kostanay for a VIP Manager/Retention Manager/Affiliate Manager. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty and engagement. Daily tasks include monitoring and analyzing customer behaviors, maintaining strong communication and relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance metrics and design improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Retention and expertise in Retention Strategies
* Proficiency in Analytical Skills with a focus on evaluating customer data and performance metrics
* Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
* Proactive problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
* Experience in managing affiliate programs or partnerships is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred
