VIP Manager

We’re searching for a VIP Manager to own the full VIP journey - from daily personal communication and tailored rewards to spotting early churn signals and shaping loyalty strategies that keep top players engaged.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year, in a similar postion (VIP/Sales).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Strong emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Ability to work structured and independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment with rapid internal scaling.
- Confidence in handling calls, chats, and email communications.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts (12:00-21:00)
Desired / Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with players from Great Britain will be a strong advantage.
- German B1/French B1+.
- Tech Stack: SoftSwiss, Tableu, CRM.
Expected Duties / Tasks:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value VIP players across several markets.
- Maintain daily communication with VIP clients through Email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Deliver a premium, personalized service based on players’ behaviour, interests, and playing style.
- Monitor player activity, identify trends, and react to early churn signals.
- Provide tailored rewards, bonuses, and retention strategies according to established procedures.
- Coordinate with Payments, Support, Anti-Fraud, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth user experience.
- Track and report VIP performance metrics directly to the Head of VIP.
- Contribute to the development of new VIP features, campaigns, and loyalty improvements.
