We’re searching for a VIP Manager to own the full VIP journey - from daily personal communication and tailored rewards to spotting early churn signals and shaping loyalty strategies that keep top players engaged.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year, in a similar postion (VIP/Sales).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Ability to work structured and independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment with rapid internal scaling.
  • Confidence in handling calls, chats, and email communications.
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts (12:00-21:00)

Desired / Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with players from Great Britain will be a strong advantage.
  • German B1/French B1+.
  • Tech Stack: SoftSwiss, Tableu, CRM.

Expected Duties / Tasks:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value VIP players across several markets.
  • Maintain daily communication with VIP clients through Email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Deliver a premium, personalized service based on players’ behaviour, interests, and playing style.
  • Monitor player activity, identify trends, and react to early churn signals.
  • Provide tailored rewards, bonuses, and retention strategies according to established procedures.
  • Coordinate with Payments, Support, Anti-Fraud, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth user experience.
  • Track and report VIP performance metrics directly to the Head of VIP.
  • Contribute to the development of new VIP features, campaigns, and loyalty improvements.
