Your Data, Your Control – Minimal by Design

I. Our Rule: Collect Almost Nothing

True decentralization requires almost zero personal data. That’s exactly how we operate.

II. What We Actually Collect

During Pre-Sale (now)

• Only one thing: your email address (entered directly in the encrypted payment gateway)
• Nothing else. No name, no wallet, no IP, no KYC.

After Mainnet (Q3 2026, only if you bought a miner)

• Shipping name + address + phone (requested once via secure email link)
• Used only for courier delivery, then deleted after successful shipment.

What we NEVER collect

• Wallet addresses at purchase
• Payment IPs or transaction metadata
• Any personal data beyond the two cases above

III. Why We Need Your Email

It is your permanent, private identity in the VAXORUM ecosystem and serves four critical functions:

1. Creates your immutable pre-sale block on-chain
2. Delivers official updates and your referral link
3. Sends the secure token-claim link at TGE
4. Coordinates miner shipping (if applicable)

All legitimate emails come only from vaxorum.xyz@gmail.com

Everything else is a scam.

IV. How Your Data Is Protected

• Email + block linkage stored encrypted at rest
• Purchase records permanently written to the blockchain itself (no central database to hack)
• Shipping data deleted within 30 days after confirmed delivery
• No third-party analytics, no marketing lists, no data sales – ever

V. Future Changes

If this policy ever changes (e.g., after DAO launch in 2027+), the new version will be:

• Posted on the official Updates page
• Emailed to every registered address

You will always have full visibility and control.

Privacy isn’t a feature at VAXORUM.
