VOVO App. (d/b/a VOVO) is a "controller" in relation to personal data ("VOVO," "we," "us," and "our"). Face Data Processing 

Our app processes facial data in the following limited way:

  • Collection: We only collect a 500x500 pixel square of the user's face from photos selected by the user. We do not collect or process the full original photo or any other biometric data.
  • Purpose: Face data is used exclusively for AI photo generation and face swap features. We do not use this data for identification, authentication, or any other purposes and do not link it to specific users.
  • Storage and Retention:Face data is temporarily stored on our servers only for processing purposes
  • All face data, including face squares and generated results, is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 60 minutes
  • The final generated images and processing logs are stored only locally on the user's device
  • We do not maintain any permanent server-side storage of face data
  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not share face data with any third parties under any circumstances.
  • Security: All face data processing is conducted using secure protocols, and we employ industry-standard security measures during the temporary storage period to protect user data.

We may collect personal information automatically when you use our Services:

  • Automatic Data Collection: We may collect certain information automatically when you use our Services, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, browser or device information, location information (including approximate location derived from IP address), and Internet service provider.
