Using old version of OpenAL causes aliasing distortion in high-frequency band.

I have noticed the difference in playback of audio in Telegram Desktop and VLC/ffplay on the other hand.
I've made an investigation - recorded 3 tracks in identical conditions(Windows 10):

the first one - using 1.x version of client (tdesktopold.wav)

the second one - using 2.0 version of client(tdesktopnew.wav)

the third one - using 2.0 version of client(tdesktopnew2.wav) to ensure accuracy

As you can see - there are >1.5dB distortions caused by OpenAL issues - I've switched the version to 1.19 and built a client - this solves problem.
