User Policy Agreement

   Purpose:

   CompaneroBot is a platform designed to connect passengers with drivers to provide hitchhiking-based transportation services for monetary compensation or for free. The bot facilitates communication and coordination between users, allowing them to conveniently find fellow travelers and drivers. CompaneroBot is not an official representative of any taxi service or transportation company.

User Responsibilities:

   a. You are solely responsible for any interactions and transactions that occur between you and other users of CompaneroBot.

   b. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our services.

   c. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards while using CompaneroBot.

User Conduct:

   a. Respectful Communication: Users must communicate with each other respectfully and refrain from using offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language.

   b. Lawful Use: Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities or using CompaneroBot for any unlawful purposes.

   c. Safety and Privacy: Users must prioritize their safety and exercise caution when sharing personal information or arranging rides with others.

Disclaimers:

   a. CompaneroBot is platform for connecting passengers and drivers. We do not provide transportation services directly, and therefore, we do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, behavior, or conduct of drivers or passengers.

   b. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any transportation services arranged through CompaneroBot. Users are solely responsible for assessing the suitability and safety of any rides they choose to take.

   c. Users are advised to exercise caution, verify the identity of the driver, and assess the condition of the vehicle before entering into any transportation arrangement.

Limitation of Liability:

   a. In no event shall CompaneroBot, its developers, or affiliated parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

   b. Users acknowledge and agree that they use CompaneroBot at their own risk, and that CompaneroBot, its developers, or affiliated parties disclaim any liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by the use of our services.

Modifications:
