Use case of satellites for fire warnings

Different countries globally have their forests in fire by summer heat. The only preventing system in place are firefighters trying to stop fire spread. While we live in an era where companies distribute 20k satellites only for internet access like Starlink, we still fail to create a global unified network of satellites for different governmental needs like scanning heat signatures for warnings of fire spread, more accurate tracking systems for different types of legally used devices for tracking, weather monitor for different systems like warning or catastrophic prevention systems, all falling in standard and procedural approval for government-level use cases.
