Finding the balance between "Use it until it breaks" and treating yourself. I'm a decently big spender. Not reckless, but I enjoy stuff. I'm wanting to live a more frugal life, and in doing so I'm thinking "I should learn to use things until they break and I need to replace them". But some things just won't break and will always be inferior.
If I find them early on and they're low level I just equip them and use them till they break. They might help me one hit a few mobs and save lives/health in the process.
