Urgent Fog Advisory Issued Amid New Transportation Disruptions

Cityville, May 14 — An urgent fog advisory was issued late Thursday as a dense bank of fog rolled into the metro area, swallowing hills and waterways and prompting a wave of transportation disruptions across air, rail, and road networks.

Airport officials reported widespread delays and a number of flight cancellations as visibility dropped to a few hundred feet in several zones.
