All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer DHL air 2-5 days as a standard service for $8. Delivery charges and estimated times vary for rest of world countries, please see our delivery page for more information (including order deadlines for delivery in time for Christmas).
If you are unhappy with your items, they can be returned to us within 21 days of receipt of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.

We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

I recently broke one I had for over 10 years, so I ordered this to replace it. It is much lighter and doesn’t write as nice. The bottom portion was solid metal on my old one, but this one is plastic with a thin layer of metal over it. Comparing the refills, my old one says “France” on it, but the new one doesn’t list any country on it. I also noticed there is no Parker logo on the chrome top like my old one has. Either Parker has gone cheap or this isn’t a real Parker.

Misure ridotte - Premium Ebony Metal Chiselled

Premetto che non è la mia prima Parker e che ho un debole per le penne pesanti e di un certo diametro, che si sentono in mano insomma. L'ultima che ho utilizzato per qualche anno è una bellissima IM Premium Deep Gun Metal Chiselled CT Ballpoint Pen, penna discretamente pesante che sta bene in mano. Una cliente me l'ha fatta cadere e si è rotto il meccanismo del pulsante, si fa quindi fatica a far entrare/uscire la punta. Ho quindi setacciato il web per una sostituta e, dopo aver fatto il reso della 1931679, ho optato per questa nuova Urban cesellata (memore di quella che ho attualmente, in metallo discretamente pesante e molto solida). Appena ho aperto la scatola ci sono rimasto male: la penna è BELLA, niente da dire, ma è INCONSISTENTE. E' troppo leggera, è troppo sottile, in mano quasi scompare e tende a scivolare per le dimensioni. Certo, ho le mani medio/grandi, ma per la linea "importante" che ha la penna a mio avviso doveva essere almeno un 25% più grande: impugnatura più grossa, parte finale dello stelo più grosso, 8/10 grammi più pesante. Fatto il reso immediatamente, Amazon su questo sempre impeccabile, dopo qualche giorno avevo già l'accredito sulla carta. Metto 2 stelle invece di 3 per la spedizione: da anni ormai Amazon spedisce solo con le poste: nella mia zona il servizio è pessimo, inadeguato, imbarazzante. Per evitare la gastrite sono costretto a farmi consegnare tutto presso l'ufficio postale, facendo coda e km per andare a ritirare la merce di persona invece di riceverla comodamente in ufficio (aperto dalle 08:00 alle 17:00, il postino SE passa lo fa dalle 19 alle 20:30!!!) , purtroppo non è più il servizio di una volta con BRT e GLS. Finchè sarà attiva la collaborazione con le poste non ha senso per me l'iscrizione ad Amazon Prime, i pacchi arrivano in 4gg lavorativi invece del giorno successivo come dichiarato.

Ik wilde een goeie pen in mijn bezit hebben, dus voor deze gekozen. Het is een mooie pen, ligt prima in de hand, maar om de zoveel tijd stopt de pen met schrijven en moet je een op een kladje krassen om de inkt weer op gang te krijgen. Voor een pen met deze prijs vind ik dat toch best wel slecht. Als hij schrijft is het perfect, maar door de stops die het maakt is een Bic pen van 50 cent toch beter. Mooi omhulsel, maar achteraf zonde van mijn geld geweest.
