This palette looked more pinkish to me online, so I hesitated for quite awhile before purchasing. I thought it might not compliment my very fair, warm golden complexion with blue-green eyes. Happily the colors turned out to be soft and neutral, and incredibly flattering to my older eyes and face. Mattes are a must for me as well, to minimize any possible crepiness. I have other palettes but this by far my favorite. I don't wear makeup every day and am not experienced enough with it to say much more, but I think the quality of the product shows in the colors of the shades and their staying power once applied. Very satsified.
I love these colors and they last all day, HOWEVER, don't get this eye shadow dust/powder IN your eye cause it will really make your eye water and tear up. Other than that, I love the colors, and they go on so easy.
Love this product. First time using Urban Decay but very satisfied. I love the colors. They last a very long time on the eyes. Did not have a problem with them creasing either. I would highly recommend it.
This is a great size for travel. The downside is it didn’t come with its own brush. I did not read the description thoroughly enough. I had to make due with my fingers.
I’ve been wanting to buy this for a while now. Then during Prime Day it was priced right. Good color payoff, not a lot of fallout. Highly recommend if you’re a neutral shadow person.
I love the coverage and it last almost all day.
My eyes are sensitive so I can only wear certain types and colors of shadow. These are perfect neutrals for day or evening. They are highly pigmented and last forever. But the light colors just run out too quick and I wish they would make bigger pans of them. But they feel light and wonderful and are highly blendable.
The colors are nice, they last all day. Wish they had a larger amount of product for the money. Somewhat expensive.

It was broken in a few spots because it was shipped (was delivered by Amazon) in a plastic mailer with no bubble wrap or any protection. I don’t mind but beware if you do. The picture was after I cleaned it up. Overall not bad, pigments are beautiful and so is the packaging.

Love the color's, but the product-shadows broke into powder sometime during shipping/delivery process 2x's. Never got to use this particular color group. Love this shadow line as a whole though.
Beautiful pallet, just wish it would’ve been secured in box better because one shade was shattered. I was able to salvage about half of it. Less of a pain in the ass to fix it than returning. It’s still quite beautiful and usable. Love it and it swatches beautifully. Love the duochromes.
This is the most gorgeous pallet I’ve ever owned. So subtle, great for every day looks. I feel beautiful and not overdone when I use this. So many looks and very dynamic colors/tones.
I love these, the duo chromes are subtle and perfect. My biggest complaint is I wish it had one more dark transition color other than the orange.
This pallet has very pretty colors, but they are subtle shimmery. I thought the color would be more vibrant/sparkly.
Only issue I had was one of the colors shifted during shipping.
Great price. Love this pallet one of the best ones
