🟢 Major Changes

[MTX-9661] Vehicle Status Color Indication on the Map

Now you can instantly assess vehicle availability on the Map thanks to a new marker color scheme:

• Blue: Driver busy with an order.
• Green: Driver is free and waiting for an order.
• White: Driver is assigned to the car (via schedule or handover).
• Gray: No driver is assigned to the vehicle.

[MTX-9837] Ignoring Drivers During Synchronization

• We added the ability to hide irrelevant drivers from the synchronization list. If your integrations contain drivers who are not related to your current fleet operations, you can add them to the ignore list so that synchronization alerts do not distract you.

[MTX-10098] Toll Roads and Tips Breakdown in Driver's Report Card

• Expanded information is now available in the "Driver's Report Card". We have added the display of toll roads and tips with a detailed breakdown for each connected integration.

🟡 Minor Changes

[MTX-10118] Managers can now edit start and end addresses even in already created Office Trips.

[MTX-10159] Added the ability to modify the price of an active (incomplete) Office Trip.

[MTX-10153] Tariff Calculator When Changing Office Trip Price

• A calculator has been added to the price adjustment window. Now, when adjusting prices for corporate trips, you can use automatic calculation based on Area Fares and Packages, using only the car model and location names.

[MTX-10030] When creating an unplanned trip, a "Pick UP notes" field has been added for client wishes or pickup details that the driver will see in the app.

[MTX-10093] Users with the Supervisor role can now independently assign and unassign drivers from their Office Trips found in "Unassigned" and "Waiting to confirm" statuses.

[MTX-8474] We optimized the integration with Bolt Open API. The automatic driver synchronization time has been reduced to 10 minutes.

[MTX-9840] Added the ability to attach document photos when creating Cash Out transactions.

[MTX-10070] Autocomplete has been implemented in the "Requests" sections. Now, to find a request, it is enough to enter only part of its ID.

[MTX-9090] Tips Breakdown in Payroll & Balances

• In the new reconciliation section (Payroll & Balances), we added the ability to expand tip details by taxi service. This information is available in the "Driver’s Earnings" and "Current Account" blocks.

[MTX-9977] To build routes and calculate mileage based on MyTaxiGPS data, the device's coordinate fix time is now used. This has made the display of driver routes without an active order maximally accurate.

[MTX-9938] The search field in the driver list has been renamed and received a clear placeholder. Now it is obvious that you can search for a driver not only by name but also by Email or phone number.

[MTX-9985] Discontinuation of Substitute Drivers Functionality

• The "Parent-Child drivers" functionality has been fully replaced and superseded by the more advanced "Driver Synchronization" module. The obsolete option has been removed from the interface.

[MTX-10345] Added LKR currency (Sri Lankan Rupee) to the list of available currencies when creating a counterparty.

[MTX-10234] Fixed an error that prevented assigning an Office Trip to a driver after editing the trip price.

[MTX-10125] Restored the vehicle model filter in the "Map" section for the Supervisor role.

[MTX-10307] Fixed an issue where Yango income sometimes did not appear in the "Driver's Report Card".

[MTX-9989] Corrected the waiting time calculation in the "Offline" section.

[MTX-10039] Fixed the behavior of the search bar by driver name in the synchronization section.

[MTX-10166] Eliminated a rental overrun fine calculation error that occurred with abnormally large mileage values.

[MTX-10306] Fixed a rare error that prevented confirming a driver's request for Office Trip price adjustment.
