[MTX-9652] Users with the ADMIN role can now also create and configure "Planned Trips Reminders".

[MTX-9419] The design of the income and trip reports has been updated. Fixed a visual bug where the total sums in the income report might not fit in the cell.

[MTX-9439], [MTX-9429] Improved notifications for drivers. Now, when the pickup time of a planned trip is changed, the notification will clearly state the new time.

[MTX-9843] Optimized the online status update parameters for the Wheely service, which has reduced latency.

[MTX-9730] Improved error detailing for ENOC registry uploads. If a file contains incorrect data, the system will now specify in which rows and columns the errors were found.

[MTX-9650] Fixed an error (vehicle_usage_payments_human_id_key) that could occur when creating a VUP (Vehicle Usage Payment).

[MTX-9674] Restored the ability for the fleet Owner to replace transactions.

[MTX-9653] The alert for an Office Trip fare review request now correctly disappears after the request is canceled.

[MTX-9798] Fixed navigation: clicking on a cashbox name in the "Cashboxes" section now correctly redirects to the "Transactions" section with the filter for that cashbox already applied.

[MTX-9763] Restored correct handling of the "busy" status from the Bolt integration.

[MTX-9754] Improved data handling from the Etisalat (QAT) API to prevent mileage from being zeroed out in rare cases.

[MTX-9720] Fixed a bug in the "Drivers moving details" report where Uber trips could sometimes be incorrectly marked as "Untracked trips".
