🟢 Major Changes

[MTX-8163] Visual Alerts for Office Trips

• An alert system has been added to the Office Trips section. Now, trips requiring immediate attention (e.g., overdue trips) will be highlighted in red, while those that may require future intervention will be highlighted in yellow. This system will help managers quickly identify and respond to problematic orders.

[MTX-9059] Ability to Ignore Rows in Toll Road Registries

• Flexibility when working with toll road registries has been increased. If a file contains extra or incorrect rows after being uploaded, they can now be manually deleted before applying the registry. This allows the document to be processed even if not all of its data perfectly matches.

[MTX-9528] ENOC Fuel Registry Support

• Added support for a new template for uploading fuel registries from the provider ENOC (vipselect.enoc.com).

[MTX-9151] Verification for Trips Paid by a Counterparty

• A new payment verification process has been implemented for trips where the payer is a counterparty. After completion, such trips will automatically receive a "Pending review" status. The income from these trips will only be included in the driver's reconciliation after a manager uploads a document to the system confirming payment from the counterparty.

🟡 Minor Changes

[MTX-9281] Flexible Configuration of the "Pick up car from driver" Form in Vehicle Handover

• When creating a handover act to take a vehicle back from a driver, you can now customize the set of required fields. This makes the form more flexible and allows it to be adapted to the specific needs of the fleet.

[MTX-9187] The totals in the driver's report card now display the combined "Driver's time online" and "Driver's waiting time" for all drivers over the selected period.

[MTX-9542] When uploading fine or fuel registries, if the system detects a vehicle that has not been added to the fleet, the error message will now include its license plate number.

[MTX-8307] When creating a crew with "12-on-12-off" shifts, the system now shows an additional "+1 day" hint for the second crew member, making scheduling more intuitive.

[MTX-8843] While completing their current trip, drivers can now see information in their Cabinet about the next order assigned to them.

[MTX-9366] For users with the MANAGER_EXTENDED role, the ability to change the tariff rule in a driver's card has been restricted.

[MTX-9493] Mileage in the "Online" section and other parts of the system is now displayed with one-decimal-place precision (e.g., 10.5 km).

[MTX-9571] A customizable banner has been added for posting notifications to users.

[MTX-9539] Improved the visual display (skeletons) during data loading in the "Statements" section.

⭕️ Bug Fixes

[MTX-9066] Fixed the scaling of PDF invoices. The text in generated documents now has the correct size and is more readable.

[MTX-9623] Corrected the date sorting in the income and trips report.

[MTX-9597] Fixed a bug where after canceling a deletion in a modal window, the window could reappear for any other item.

[MTX-9534] Fixed an issue where some driver selfies could be displayed with distorted proportions.
