🟢 Major Changes

[MTX-9123], [MTX-8065], [MTX-9118], [MTX-9121] Automatic deductions for vehicle use (Vehicle Usage Payment)

• A new feature for managing regular driver payments for vehicle use. A "Vehicle Usage Payment" tab has been added to the driver's card, where you can configure the terms of automatic deductions: specify the amount, frequency, and link to a vehicle. The system will automatically process transactions, and you will be able to track the entire history and, if necessary, make changes or correctly end the deduction period.

[MTX-9146], [MTX-8162] Notifications and reminders for Planned Trips

• Now, drivers instantly receive a Telegram notification when a new Planned trip is assigned. Additionally, managers can set up a series of automatic reminders to be sent to the driver before the start of an order, significantly reducing the risk of a trip being missed or not confirmed on time.

[MTX-9289] Chat integration with the Driver's Portal

• We have added a chat feature to the Driver's Portal, allowing drivers to quickly and directly contact fleet managers. Managers can centrally answer questions and customize the contact form, improving communication within the company.

🟡 Minor Changes

[MTX-9175] To increase control and transparency, the ability for the Supervisor role to create Office Trips with a commission payable to the driver has been disabled.

[MTX-9274] A filter by driver status (active, dismissed, etc.) has been added to the "Trips report card" and "Driver's report card" reports.

[MTX-9324], [MTX-9394] Improved the logic of the "Sensor Activation" filter in the movements report.

• Added the ability to filter movements that are not unregistered trips but in which the seat sensor was active. It is also now possible to filter movements during which the seat sensor did not transmit any data.

[MTX-8473] Implemented support for the Bolt Public API to receive drivers' online statuses.

[MTX-9294] Updated the interface and workflow for driver selfies.

[MTX-8800], [MTX-8801], [MTX-8814] Expanded the Open API: new endpoints have been added to view salary rules, their assignments to drivers, and to get information about tariff rules in general.

[MTX-9297] A new option has been added to the list of payment purposes: "Providing advertising services in/on cars".

[MTX-9194] The Bolt integration connection process has been made more intuitive: the system now clearly informs which login and password should be used.

[MTX-9178], [MTX-9265] Improved the visual display when loading data in the "Online" and "Revise" sections.

[MTX-9321] The unused "Branding" column has been removed from the vehicle list and the vehicle card.

[MTX-8427] It is now possible to change the name of an already connected integration.

⭕️ Bug Fixes

[MTX-9195] Fixed a bug where addresses could be omitted in Office Trips invoices if the pickup or destination point was a Station selected from the directory.

[MTX-9370] Fixed an issue that could prevent the uploading of Salic registries.

[MTX-9230] The cash amount in the "Online" section is now correctly zeroed out after an Office Trip is canceled.

[MTX-9355] Fixed the trip counting logic in the live dashboard of the Office Trips section.

[MTX-9391] Fixed a rare bug where an Office Trip could get "stuck" in the "Online" section after being manually completed.

[MTX-9435] Fixed a data processing error from the Wialon integration.

[MTX-9436] Fixed a very rare bug where an Office Trip assigned by a manager would not start.

[MTX-9142] The vehicle transfer act is now correctly generated during a transfer between a company and a fleet.
