🟢 Major Changes 

[MTX-7757] Crew Management. Assigning multiple drivers to a single vehicle

Introducing the new "Crews" feature, designed for fleets where a single vehicle is used by a team of multiple drivers. This functionality allows you to formally assign a vehicle to a group of drivers, increasing transparency and simplifying the shift handover process.

• Crew Creation: When creating a Handover Act, you can now add one or more "Shift Partners" to the main driver. The system checks if the added driver is already assigned to another active crew.
• Handovers within the Crew: A driver can only hand over the vehicle to a member of their crew. Upon shift handover, the new driver becomes the "main" driver, and the previous one becomes a "shift partner," keeping the full team composition intact.
• In the Vehicle Card: A new "Assigned Drivers" block has appeared, displaying the entire crew responsible for the vehicle in real-time.
• In the Handover Act: A complete list of crew members is displayed.
• In the general list of Acts: A new icon allows you to identify acts with a crew at a glance and see its members on hover.
• In the Schedule: Crew member details have been added to handover act events

[MTX-8608] Automatic Driver Assignment in Uber via Handover Act

• A mechanism has been added to automate work with integrations. Now, when creating a Handover Act, the system can automatically assign a vehicle to a driver within the taxi service. This ensures that the driver can only fulfill orders in Uber for the authorized vehicle of the service and relieves the manager from having to do this manually.

The functionality is optional and can be enabled or disabled.

[MTX-7868], [MTX-8493],[MTX-7869] Progressive Bonus System for Bolt

Added the ability to create multi-level bonus programs (Per Target), in which a bonus will be awarded when the driver meets set requirements based not only on the number of trips but also on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order acceptance rate and online hours.

• Performance Statistics Collection: For accurate bonus calculation, the system now collects and aggregates weekly driver performance data (Online hours and Acceptance rate for Bolt).
• New "Bonus Program Performance" Report: In the new report, you can clearly see the progress of meeting the conditions for each driver.

[MTX-7569] Extended Careem reports for toll road accounting

Implemented support for extended Careem reports (in XLS format) that contain data on toll road compensations. This allows for more accurate calculation of income and expenses.

• To activate the functionality, you must:
• Set up email forwarding (redirect) of reports from your email to the fleet's service email.
• Contact Careem support if you are not receiving the new XLS reports.

🟡 Minor Changes 

[MTX-6939] More accurate overrun calculation

• The calculation algorithm is now based on all of the driver's trips, not the vehicle's. This allows for correct mileage accounting even if the driver took trips in a different vehicle than the one scheduled.

[MTX-8481] Indication of individual tariff rules

• An icon has been returned to the Driver Reconciliation that visually marks drivers who are using a tariff rule different from the fleet's default. [MTX-8422] Added the ability to provide API keys for the Bolt integration.

[MTX-8408] Integration with the new GPS provider gps.az.

[MTX-8109], [MTX-7410] Improved tariff rule creation

When configuring thresholds, the "TO" field now fills automatically based on the next value. The ability to create a rule with a single threshold (from 0 to infinity) has also been added.

[MTX-6828], [MTX-6851] Expanded permissions for the OWNER role

Users with the OWNER role have received full permissions previously available only to the ADMIN role. Some newly available features include:

• Allowed operations with the deposit account (transfer to current account, deposit payout, debt settlement).
• Allowed creation and editing of underperformance compensation conditions.
• Access to the "Receipt from counterparty to company cash" operation has been opened.
• Added the ability to confirm payment for "Payment with accounts payable settlement" operations.
• "Change fleet" and "Unlink from fleet" buttons have been added to the vehicle card at the company level.

[MTX-8260] Expanded Open API for online statuses.

• Added the ability to receive real-time GPS coordinates of drivers' vehicles.

[MTX-8546] The mechanism for updating trip status has been reworked, improving the stability and performance of the Driver's Portal.

[MTX-8410] The text hint about the driver for whom the payroll was synchronized has been removed from the 'Payroll' section, as this information is now available in a dedicated column.

[MTX-8629] Fixed the cash blocking functionality in fleets with two active Uklon integrations.

[MTX-8626] Restored the correct accounting of driver income when calculating underperformance penalties.

[MTX-8582] Resolved issues with generating Careem reports.

[MTX-8627] Fixed an issue that prevented changing the available fleet for a counterparty.

[MTX-8634] Eliminated double encryption of API keys for the Uklon integration.

[MTX-8668] Resolved issues that could prevent the fuel registry from being uploaded.
