🔘[MTX-4213] Transaction Register

A new section has been added at the company level that allows for creating multiple transactions by importing a CSV file.

The "Fuel Expenses" register type is supported, which allows creating transactions of the Fleet Expenses type and Fleet expenses paid by the driver using only 3 variables: Transaction date and time, Transaction amount, Fuel card number. The fuel card number needs to be specified in the vehicle card. The driver will be automatically found based on the information about the workload of the found vehicle from the Schedule.
