At this moment, the product is fully safe to use on all servers: Europe / Asia / NA / China Mainland. However, we kindly ask you to remain cautious and avoid using maximum feature values for now — in case Hoyoverse setup new server-side checks.
The second phase of beta testing will be announced soon.
