Update 1.70
MyTaxiCRM🟢 Major Changes
[MTX-9599] New "Integrations" Section
We have redesigned integration management for your convenience:
- The "Statements" section has been moved inside the "Integrations" section.
- Added summary statistics: now you can immediately see a list of all connected aggregators, their status, as well as the number of drivers (total and connected to CRM) for each service.
[MTX-9384] Driver Sync Management
Synchronization functionality has become more flexible and has also moved to the "Integrations - Driver Synchronization" section:
- Convenient driver lists for all taxi integrations are now available.
- You can manually disconnect or connect a driver's integration.
- The system will offer revision recalculation options: no recalculation, for the current week, or for the last 10 weeks.
- Driver income details on the integration side are now available in this section.
[MTX-9835] Synchronization Alerts
- We have moved the display of warnings (alerts) about the need for synchronization directly to the general list of drivers.
[MTX-9442] ZED Integration
- We are pleased to present full integration with the ZED service. Automatic synchronization of drivers, vehicles (with case-insensitive VIN search), trips, and statements is now available in the system. Online status and driver profit display are also supported.
[MTX-9830] Online Driver Status and Driver Info Redesign on the Map
- We have updated the side panel in the "Map" section. Now, when clicking on a vehicle, information about the current driver is displayed in an updated design. The system shows the driver if they are assigned to the vehicle via Schedule, Handover Act, or have gone online via any active taxi integration. The "Online" status of taxi integrations is also displayed for each driver.
[MTX-7819] Payroll & Balances. Global Update of the Revise Section *
* - Open testing for whitelisted fleets
The "Revise" section has been completely redesigned and is now called Payroll & Balances. The goal of this change is to make financial flows transparent by separating earned funds from actual payouts, and to provide a detailed understanding of what constitutes driver income and fleet profit:
- New structure and navigation: Revise details now open on a separate page. Each "Revise" component is moved to a separate tab with deep detailing. Convenient switching between weeks has been added.
- Driver's Earnings: Shows the total amount the driver has earned for the period (percentage of trips, bonuses, tips), regardless of payouts.
- Current Account: A block reflecting the actual balance to be paid at the moment. All transactions, cash payouts, deductions, and transfers are taken into account here.
- Driver's Share: Added visualization of driver percentage calculation steps with absolute values.
- Aggregators: We have unified data display for taxi aggregators. Toll roads, tips, and cancellation fees are now displayed consistently, with clear hints as to whether they are included in the gross income of a specific service.
- Fleet Earnings: A separate tab collecting all components of fleet profit: fleet commission, bonuses, expense deductions, and fines.
- Improved Interface: We updated the table design, added totals for all blocks, and made row names clearer (e.g., explicitly stating if toll roads are included in gross income).
- You can switch to the old revise view if you need time to get used to the new interface, but we recommend trying Payroll & Balances right now!
🟡 Minor Changes
[MTX-9963] A filter by vehicle model has been added to the "Map" section.
[MTX-9991] Office Trips price calculator with car model selection
A “Car Model” field has been added to the trip cost calculator (when creating a corporate Office Trip). Now, managers can calculate the exact cost of an order in advance based on the price list, even if a specific car and driver have not yet been assigned.
[MTX-4833] Fleet administrators can now edit the cost of an Office Trip even after it has been completed.
[MTX-9959] A button has been added to the over-mileage fine details, which opens the trip track in MyTaxiGPS in a new browser tab.
[MTX-9921] Now, when canceling a completed Office Trip, a mandatory comment field has been added.
[MTX-8428] Added the ability to initialize Wheely integration directly in the system interface.
[MTX-9713] We have switched Bolt (Open API) profit data retrieval to identification by unique driver code (UUID). This guarantees that data is displayed correctly for all drivers, eliminating name matching errors.
[MTX-10025] Increased the synchronization frequency of Bolt drivers (once every 4 hours), which will speed up the appearance of new drivers in the system.
[MTX-9964] For the TRIP_MANAGER_EXTENDED role, a ban on creating trips with driver commission has been introduced.
[MTX-9665] A GPS status filter has been added to the vehicle list. Now you can easily select cars without GPS or with a specific integration.
⭕️ Bug Fixes
[MTX-9847] Fixed the "Online" status logic for Wheely. The status is now tied to the specific driver (current_driver) rather than the vehicle, which eliminates the issue of duplicate drivers on the line.
[MTX-10090] Eliminated a rare error that could prevent the fuel cost registry from loading.
[MTX-9496] The obsolete and non-functional "Accounts receivable reduction" payment type has been removed from filters and request forms.
[MTX-10043] Fixed a rare error where a Bolt driver could get "stuck" in online status.
