1. Promotional period: October 31, 2022 00:00:00 (UTC+8) until February 28, 2023 23:59:59 (UTC+8)
2. Accepted cards: Cards that are added to user’s Alipay account and fulfills the following requirements (hereinafter referred to as the “Overseas Card”): (1) Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB;(2) The card must be issued in Hong Kong (China), Macau (China), Taiwan (China), and other regions outside Chinese mainland;(3) This promotion is not applicable to international cards issued in Mainland China;(4) For the Overseas Card that meets the requirements mentioned in (1) (2) (3) above but is unable to add due to special terms and conditions, the actual card addition result should prevail;
3. Participating users: Only available to non-Mainland China users, hereinafter referred to as the "Users".
4. Participating merchants: Only available to selected offline merchants in the Yiwu area, subject to the offline stores featured in marketing materials such as posters, display cards, and stickers.
5. Promotion content: Users can select the Overseas Card added to their Alipay account when making payment to the participating merchants using Alipay. (1) Payments that are equal to or over CNY 30 are likely to be eligible for the CNY 10 off promotion;(2) The same user can only enjoy this promotion once (1) per day;(3) The same user can only enjoy this promotion for a maximum of five (5) times throughout the entire promotion period; (4) This promotion is limited to the first 40,000 transactions only, and they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis;(5) All amounts mentioned in this promotion are in CNY.
6. The actual consumption amount is subject to the payment amount displayed with the order in the Alipay app. The promotion amount cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or products. In case of a refund after the promotion is applied, the current promotion amount will not be refunded or cannot be re-used. If there is any violation during the process of obtaining and applying the promotion, Alipay has the right to cancel the illegal transaction and recover the promotion amount.
7. This promotion is not applicable to the following situations: (1) Pre-authorize payments in Alipay;(2) Payments for travel scenarios such as buses, subways, shared bicycles, and online ride-hailing;(3) Purchases of online games, telephone and communication bills (China Mobile/China Unicom/China Telecom top-up centers, purchases of mobile phone number/package/value-added services), investment, commemorative coins, investment of precious metals and other virtual commodities;- Purchases of QQ coins on Taobao, payment discount and top-up services (such as paid coupons, vouchers, power bank and charging station top-ups, etc.), video streaming memberships, gaming and video sites, card-less payments, Cash on Delivery transactions, transactions independently guaranteed by external merchants, etc.;
8. Conditions:
This promotion is only available to users who have successfully added their Overseas Card to Alipay, and have already completed the addition of mobile phone number and real-name verification in Alipay. Each user can enjoy this promotion for a maximum of five (5) times throughout the entire promotion period; with the same ID number, Alipay account number, mobile phone number, device terminal, and bank card number matching any of the above conditions considered as the same user. Alipay reserves the right to suspend or permanently cease issuing promotional rewards to the relevant account(s) in order to confirm the eligibility of users participating in this promotion campaign and to prevent the risk of account, device, or bank card theft. 10. Organizer: This campaign is organized by Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd., referred to as "Alipay". The relevant changes or adjustments will be published on the campaign page and will take effect following publication in accordance with the law.
活动规则
1、活动时间：北京时间2022年10月31日 00:00:00 至 2023年02月28日 23:59:59 。
2、参与银行卡：用户使用在支付宝绑定的以下银行卡，下文统称为“境外银行卡”（1）参与卡组：Visa、Mastercard、JCB（2）该卡在中国香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区发行，或在国外发行；（3）不包括中国大陆发行的国际卡（4）部分境外银行卡满足上述（1）（2）（3）所描述条件，但因特别条款限制，可能存在无法绑定的情况，以卡片的实际绑定结果为准；
3、参与用户：仅限非大陆籍用户，以下简称“用户”
4、参与商户：义乌地区线下指定活动商户，以线下露出营销活动物料的门店为准，如海报、台卡、贴纸；
5、 优惠内容：用户在支付宝绑定境外国际卡后，在活动商户使用支付宝APP付款时，选择支付宝所绑定的境外银行卡付款（1） 实际支付满30元即有机会参与立减10元的优惠活动；（2） 同一用户，单日最多享受1次优惠；（3） 同一用户，活动期间累计最多享受5次优惠；（4） 活动期间限定优惠数量4万笔，数量有限，先到先得；（5） 活动中所提及之金额均为人民币。
6、 消费金额以支付宝客户端账单实际付款金额为准。本次活动的优惠金额不能转让或兑换现金或产品。用户在享受立减优惠后如发生退款，当笔优惠金额不退回也不可再享。在获取和使用立减优惠的过程中，如出现违规行为，支付宝有权撤销违规交易，收回立减优惠金额。
7、以下情况不支持本次优惠活动：（1） 在本次优惠活动的抵扣使用中，使用支付宝预授权付款时不能使用立减优惠；（2） 不支持用于公交、地铁、共享单车、网约车等出行场景；（3）不支持用于购买网游、话费通信（移动/联通/电信充值中心、手机号码/套餐/增值业务）类、投资类、纪念币等投资类贵金属以及其他虚拟类目商品；- 不支持淘宝集市购买Q币点卡、有价支付优惠及充值服务（例如付费券包、代金券、移动电源或充电宝充值、充电桩充值等）、影视会员、游戏视频网站的一键支付业务、无卡支付业务、货到付款业务、外部商户独立担保交易等业务；
8、用户参与条件：
本次活动仅针对在支付宝绑定境外国际卡的用户，参与用户需完成手机号码绑定及支付宝实名认证。同一用户活动期间最多五次参与本活动的机会，其中同一证件号、同一支付宝账号、同一手机号码、同一设备终端、同一银行卡号，满足以上任一条件均视为同一用户。为确认参与立减活动的用户资格及预防账号、设备或银行卡被盗用的风险，支付宝保留暂停或永久停止向相关账号发放优惠奖励的权利。 支付宝APP版本需要更新至最新版本10.2.59。9、活动咨询：如需帮助，您可进入“支付宝APP-我的-我的客服”咨询，或可联系支付宝客服＋86 571 95188，以便我们为您进行解答。
