Unreal Engine Developer

Company: EPAM Systems

We are looking for an experienced Unreal Engine Developer with a strong UI focus to join our team supporting a major client's cross-platform product organization. This role is centered on building and extending UI systems natively within Unreal Engine, with a mobile-first approach.
This is a UE-first role — the ideal candidate's primary expertise is in Unreal Engine development. While C++ proficiency is expected, this is not a standalone C++ engineering position. The focus is on applied development within the Unreal Engine ecosystem, including UI implementation, cross-platform delivery, and data layer integration.
You will work alongside EPAM engineers and client stakeholders to deliver polished, performant, and scalable UI solutions across PC, mobile, and console platforms.

* Proficiency in C++ within the Unreal Engine context
* Solid understanding of UI architecture patterns (MVC/MVVM) with clear separation of presentation and data

* Track record of building scalable, reusable UI component systems within Unreal
* Background in cross-platform development across PC, mobile (iOS/Android), and consoles
