Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a University Professor at Dan Lok™ University. The professor will design and deliver online lectures, workshops, and tutorials, using digital platforms to engage learners in a virtual classroom setting. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, updating syllabi, creating assignments, and developing assessments aligned with program outcomes. The professor will provide timely feedback on student work, hold virtual office hours, and support learners through discussion boards, messaging tools, and live sessions. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to curriculum improvement, collaborating with other faculty members, and participating in quality assurance and course review activities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience teaching at the university or college level, preferably in an online or blended learning environment.
* Strong instructional design capabilities, including creating clear learning objectives, structured lesson plans, and effective assessments.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible, engaging manner.
* Comfort with educational technology tools, learning management systems (LMS), video conferencing platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
* Demonstrated ability to support diverse learners, foster inclusive participation, and maintain a respectful, professional learning environment.
* Master’s degree or higher in a relevant academic or professional field; equivalent professional experience may be considered for specialized subjects.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage grading, feedback, and student communication within set timelines.
* Commitment to continuous improvement, openness to feedback, and willingness to adapt teaching methods to meet evolving learner needs.
