Unified National Valuation Standards were approved

The State Assets Management Agency has approved the Unified National Valuation Standards (the “Standards”). These Standards delineate the regulatory framework governing valuation activities and set forth requirements for the procedures involved in conducting valuations and expert assessments.

A comprehensive set of 14 Standards has been endorsed. These encompass both general and specialized appraisal standards, along with their corresponding methodologies. They establish the essential methods required to determine the value of specific objects under assessment.

It is imperative to note that adherence to these Standards is obligatory when rendering services for the valuation of assets and liabilities, preparing a valuation report, and when experts are verifying the reliability of the valuation report pertaining to the assessed object.

Утверждены Eдиные национальные стандарты оценки

Агентство по управлению государственными активами утвердило Единые национальные стандарты оценки («Стандарты»), которые определяют нормативное регулирование оценочной деятельности и устанавливают требования к порядку проведения оценки и экспертизы оценки.

Всего утверждено 14 Стандартов, включающие в себя общие и специальные стандарты оценки и методики к ним, устанавливающие минимальные методы, необходимые для оценки стоимости конкретных объектов оценки

Данные Стандарты обязательны к применению при оказании услуг оценки стоимости активов и обязательств, составлении отчета об оценке, а также при проверке экспертами достоверности отчета об оценке объекта оценки.
