I have had some problems with mine. It works reliably, but I had some problems with the power settings It seems to be stuck on way less than 28db (which is what its advertised at). Instead, I get 22db on 2.4Ghz, and 24 db on 5Ghz. The unifi controller doesn't let me force it to anything higher than that. I am hoping a firmware update will change this. Other ubiquiti devices have let me go up to 28db/30db, but this was the only outdoor AC unit they have.

Worked fine for about 18 months, then when I upgraded to the latest version of Unifi Controller just now, it shows up as a "Disconnected Incompatible Model" and "This product is no longer supported. Configuration changes won't be provisioned." You can no longer manage it with the software! You'd have to stay on an older version of Unifi Controller software and no more firmware updates either.. DON'T BUY!

Works over our large farm. Is mounted on a pole in middle. Can recieve signal up to quarter-mile. If you are like me and need WiFi to multiple buildings on a property this is the way to go

Talk about a quality product. Ubiquiti AP's are so solid, so easy to setup, and so carefully designed that it makes me look like I actually know what I am doing! But $450 each is very pricey!!

Designed for noisy, high-density environments, the UAP-Outdoor+ utilizes our innovative Multi-Lane RF technology to provide superior capacity and throughput. The UAP-Outdoor+ includes two external antennas and a secondary Ethernet port for bridging. It supports 802.11n MIMO, with speeds of up to 300 Mbps and a range of up to 183 m (600 ft).
Ubiquiti's innovative Multi-Lane RF technology isolates signals on the operating channel and removes adjacent channel interference. Wireless capacity and throughput are increased in high-density areas, and multiple APs can operate in close proximity. Multi Lane RF is ideal for providing reliable WiFi in high traffic environments such as public spaces, convention centers, campuses and event venues.
The UniFi Enterprise WiFi System is a scalable enterprise access point solution designed to be easily deployed and managed. UniFi Access Point indoor models have a sleek design and can be easily mounted to a ceiling tile or wall using the included mounting hardware. UniFi Access Point outdoor models have a form factor built to last outdoors.
The UniFi Enterprise WiFi System includes the UniFi Controller software. The software installs on any PC or Mac within the network and is easily accessible through any standard Web browser. Using the UniFi Controller software, an Enterprise WiFi network can be instantly configured and administered without any special training. Real-time status, automatic UAP device detection, map loading, and advanced security options are all seamlessly integrated.
