A Playboy bunny who was looking to take her massive breasts from an H-cup to a B-cup has turned down surgery after learning she would have to go six months without implants, insisting she was far too busy to take time off from modeling.
Nannette Hammond, 45, from Edgewood, Kentucky, has spent over $1 million dollars to look like Barbie, but she had grown unhappy with her massive breasts, which weighed her down and had loose skin that puckered between them.
'I'm looking to downsize some of my accessories — and yes, I'm talking about my boobs,' the mother of six explained on Monday night's episode of the E! reality series Botched . 'They're so heavy and so big and I have loose skin in the middle'

Issues: Nannette wanted to go from an H-cup to a B-cup because her massive breasts were weighing her down and had loose skin that puckered between them
Then and now: The Playboy model estimates that she has spent over $1 million dollars on procedures to look like Barbie, including her boob job, filler, and lip implant
Nannette, who has more than 328,000 Instagram followers, has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to transform herself into a real-life doll.
'If I had to guess, I've probably spent over a million dollars to look like Miss Barbie. And it's freaking expensive, but it's well worth it. And you know what, I deserve it,' she told the camera.
'I've had my upper eyelids done, Botox in my forehead, cheek filler, chin filler, and right at the moment I have a lip implant,' she explained. 'I've had my teeth done with veneers, and these H-cup breasts are 700 cc silicone implants.'
In addition to the money she has shelled out for surgery and cosmetic procedures, she noted that she also pays for makeup, her platinum blonde hair, tanning, her gym membership, her pink car, and all of her jewelry.
'Barbie and I, we used to hang back in the day, and she was my idol,' she recalled. 'Then 12 years ago, I had this fantastic idea that I wanted to look like Barbie. She's the s**t, you know, and I wanted to be like that.'

Nannette admitted that a lot of people judge her because they think she doesn't do anything, but she insisted that the opposite is true.
She said she cooks and cleans and has six children with her husband, joking that she is a 'Barbie mom.'
'Being pregnant all the time, I would always have to wait, and then I'd get my Botox ASAP after I gave birth,' she recalled. 'So it was kind of difficult because, you know, you want to look a certain way.
'Like, I'm not trying to be conceited, but in my 40s, I was Playmate for the Year 2018 for Playboy Slovakia,' she noted. 'It's been a ride, and I'm still on that ride.'
Nannette said she wanted to reduce the size of her implants to a '"B" for Barbie' because she didn't like the way they looked anymore.
'I started noticing my skin changing, like a little loose skin there, and it bothers me,' she explained. 'I think it would be smoother and everything if I downsized these tatas.'

The energetic mom was wearing bedazzled roller skates and a hot pink tank top when she met with Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif for her consultation.
'I live a Barbie lifestyle, and in the future, you know, I wanna age gracefully, maybe a couple of years to get my face done, and I'd like to get my butt done,' she told the doctors.
'I think aging gracefully is a term they usually use to mean you don't have plastic surgery,' Dr. Dubrow kindly pointed out.
''No, not in my case,' Nannette said. 'If it's 60, 70, hell yeah, I'll get my surgeries until I'm in my grave.'
The doctors were thrilled to hear that the model was willing to downsize her breast implants, but it would still be a difficult procedure.
In the examining room, Dr. Dubrow explained that she has symmastia, a condition where her breast implants share a pocket, noting that some people call it 'uniboob.'

Waiting game: After learning she would have to go without implants for six months, she postponed the surgery, insisting she was too busy with modeling
'Nannette actually does have a very significant symmastia, which is an incredibly difficult problem to fix, and most plastic surgeons don't have experience in doing that,' he said in his confessional. 'With time, predictably, this problem is only going to get worse.'
'You need a procedure called a capsulorrhaphy, which is one in which you reduce the pocket and create walls preventing the implant from going to the other side,' he told her.
Dr. Dubrow warned that the skin would be really 'loose' once her implants were reduced, and the lack of blood supply could cause her skin turn black and die.
'I think this is one of those cases where the best thing to do is to take the implants out for about six months, let everything shrink down, and then you can more safely put a smaller implant in and remove skin,' he explained. 'Going without breast implants for six months, could you tolerate that?'
Nannette said she could do that, but she was too busy with modeling and didn't have time for it. She joked that she will come back in the 'near future,' and they could do her facelift at the same time.
'I'm lucky if I have time to have peace and poop, but I know that I'm definitely gonna come back here to California, and they're definitely gonna do a surgery on me,' she said in her testimonial.
