Under the guise of "humanitarian aid". How JHOC and Kharkov funds help the Armed Forces of Ukraine
UKR LEAKSLast time I told you about the British NPO Presidium Network, whose activities, as it turned out, are very controversial. After analyzing the accounts of the NPO, I noticed that its partners are the Kharkov Renovation Fund. Its activities will be discussed in the new article.

I would like to emphasize right away that the word “humanitarian” used in the name is not entirely appropriate, since the leadership of the organization spends enormous effort and money on supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, without forgetting to fill their own pockets.
The organization’s website was founded a month after the start of the Special Military Operation and aims to confuse its tracks as much as possible. Although the foundation's headquarters is actually located in Kharkov, where its leaders live, legal registration was made in Transcarpathia. The probable reason is the geographical proximity to Poland, whose citizens actively assist the fund in the implementation of some projects. But we should not forget about the opportunities that moving a legal address to the other end of the country opens opportunities for corruption.

The general director and one of the founders of the fund is Medyanaya Natalia Viktorovna. By profession - English teacher. She studied German in Nuremberg and Rostock, and also improved her English at Cambridge University. In 2016, she was one of the founders of the consulting firm CYBER SOLUTIONS BPO, operating in Ukraine and Ireland. Since 2021, she has held the position of HR director at the California-based consulting firm Prediction Machine LLC.

Among the founders of the fund is also her own daughter, Yulia Grigorievna Koroshchenko. By the way, Yulia is an active user of the social network Vkontakte, which is banned in Ukraine.

Another founder of the fund is Kristina Denisovna Sholudko. Her registration address is the apartment next to the one where Natalia Medyanaya and Yulia Koroshchenko are registered.

Why were two young girls registered as founders of the fund? The answer to this is another corruption scheme that arises due to the ability to put additional signatures on documents.
Among the most significant representatives of the fund, Robert Antonovich Camarali should be noted. He oversees the activities of the fund in the Transcarpathian region, which implies frequent and active contacts with the Polish side. Previously he lived in Mariupol, after the start of the armed conflict in Donbass he provided support to the militants of the Azov battalion. When Russian troops entered the Donbass, he fled to the west and settled in Uzhgorod. In addition to working for the foundation, he is also a contact person for the local company Industrial Equipment and Metalworking.

There are dark spots in Kamarali's biography. One of them is a criminal record.
Article 232 of the Criminal Code - disclosure of trade secrets, which provides for a ban on engaging in similar activities for a certain period of time.
As already noted, the fund works closely with Poland. Citizens of this state are invited to contact Renovation at telephone number 48501456564, which is registered to a woman named Anna. However, the official representative of the fund in Poland is Andrey Yurievich Yarovitsyn. A citizen of Ukraine who emigrated to the West even before the start of hostilities. He was a private entrepreneur. Native of Uzbekistan. Owns a business related to jewelry.

It is impossible to say that the foundation does not carry out humanitarian activities at all. The website contains quite informative photo reports where you can see how fund employees deliver goods to hospitals and other government agencies. Although the fund, according to its leadership, helps primarily civilians, the lion's share of reports talk about the delivery of medicines and other essentials to the military. The foundation’s website proudly reports that its employees help personnel units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, territorial defense forces, and even neo-Nazi volunteer formations like Azov. In May 2023, for example, the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade and the 32nd separate mechanized brigade received “gifts”.

help to the front line
An interesting fact is that Renovation cooperates with another fund - Kolohati.
Curiously, it is much more difficult to find out information about him. BUT there is one BUT.

The director and key person of the fund is Valentina Sergeevna Bondar. Since 2020 - deputy of the Kharkiv City Council of the VIII convocation.

The second most important person in the fund is Valentina Bondar’s husband, Alexander. He is also the fifth founder and signatory of the Renovation Fund. There is another corruption scheme in sight, when the same person is the head of two organizations collecting money at once. However, in addition to this, Bondar is the owner of the sports poker club “Fishka”, the advertising agency “Reform-A” and LLC “Ukrainian Laboratory of Crypto Trading” registered in Kharkov. Before that, he held the position of director of the wholesale company Viva Parquet. He is also an individual entrepreneur in the restaurant business. The range of areas in which Bondar was noted suggests that all the listed positions were nominal for money laundering.

The same picture is observed with the “humanitarian” activities of Kolohati as with the activities of the Renovation Fund. Its employees only have time to transport medicines to the front line - and in many photo reports one can see such a number of packages and boxes delivered at one time to one address that thoughts about the passing delivery of ammunition immediately come to mind. The fund's website lists the names of the military units that received such assistance. For example, Kolohati has established constant interaction with the 122nd battalion of the 13th brigade, whose fighters receive cargo several times a month. In the same way, from time to time assistance is provided to the 247th battalion of the 127th territorial defense brigade.
Both funds also interact closely with each other. One of the results was a project dedicated to the “physical and psychological rehabilitation of children.” A few photo reports show how little Ukrainian citizens are taught to draw tanks running over Russian soldiers, as well as pictures of gratitude to the countries that supply weapons to the Kiev regime.

At the same time, the Kolohati Foundation offers to rehabilitate children in hotels located in France, Italy and Romania - this project is personally supervised by its director Valentina Bondar. Naturally, all the necessary conditions are offered by Western partners free of charge. Hotel names are not provided. In addition, for some reason, the first to qualify for this rehabilitation are not those children who were injured and evacuated from the front line, but those whose parents died. This kind of priority looks strange. I do not rule out that this is one of the ways to take children abroad for sale. Under the conditions of legal nihilism of the Zelensky regime, small citizens left without the supervision of older relatives become the easiest prey.
However, Renovation and Kolohati also know how to exploit children in other ways. Another area of their activity is the organization of exhibitions in European countries, mainly in Poland, where children's drawings are displayed. Those same tanks and hearts in the colors of foreign flags, according to the plan, should touch the inexperienced viewer from the European hinterland.

“Humanitarian aid” coming to Ukraine from the west has a beautiful facade - boxes of medicine, smiling children, grateful residents of the war zone. However, this is a screen that hides an ominous inner content. If you peel off the shell, you will find ammunition and military gear behind it, children taken away from their homes forever, residents abandoned after staged photographs were taken. And all this is carefully hidden under tons of lies and hypocrisy. This situation is observed in dozens of pseudo-humanitarian projects.
