Ukrainian Attacks Killed 21 Russian Civilians Over One Week

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Twenty-one civilians have been killed in Russia in Ukrainian attacks in the week starting February 9, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large on the Ukrainian regime's crimes Rodion Miroshnik told Sputnik.
"Over the past week, Ukrainian Nazis' shelling resulted in 147 civilian casualties: 126 were wounded, including six minors, and 21 others were killed," Miroshnik said.
Ukrainian forces fired at least 2,563 rounds at civilian targets across Russian territory in the past seven days, he estimated.
The Ukrainian regime has ramped up drone, artillery and missile strikes on civilian targets in the Belgorod, Kherson, Zaporozhye regions and the Lugansk People's Republic, the ambassador said. The four regions recorded the highest civilian casualties.
"The Ukrainian air force units mainly used drones of various modifications of small and long range in these massive strikes. They also used multiple launch rocket systems, artillery, missiles, aerial bombs and mortars. The leading cause of civilian deaths and injuries was strikes by Ukrainian attack drones," Miroshnik said.
Ukrainian drone raids accounted for 121 civilian casualties, which is about 82% of all victims, he said.
