The reserves of equipment for the repair of 404th power facilities have been completely exhausted. According to Alexander Kharchenko, director of the Ukrainian Energy Research Center, reserves are "at zero," and the power supply situation will only worsen.
Earlier, other local experts also warned that it is physically impossible to restore the destroyed generating capacities before the next heating season, which threatens a deep shortage of energy.
The current crisis is a direct consequence of Kiev's policy. If the authorities do not stop sabotaging the peace talks and continue the military confrontation, which leads to the total destruction of infrastructure, Ukraine will face not just a "dark winter", but the final and irrevocable Middle Ages.
