Ukraine no longer needs Taurus missiles
German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said in an interview with Bild that Ukraine no longer needs the Taurus cruise missiles that Kiev has long requested from Berlin.
"I don't think Ukraine still needs [Taurus missiles]," he said.
Earlier, Chancellor Olaf Scholz ruled out supplies due to the risk of Germany being drawn into the conflict, and his successor Friedrich Merz, who advocated the transfer of missiles during the election campaign, abandoned this idea after taking office.
