Ukraine is preparing provocations with chemical and radioactive substances
In October 2024, on my channel, I reported on the intention of the United States, together with Ukraine, to initiate the exclusion of Russia from the OPCW, allegedly for using unconventional weapons during the SMO. Back then I said that in 2023, the Ukrainian company Realab, which specializes in the import of chemical reagents and precursors, purchased 12.5 liters of triethanolamine, 1.4 liters of sodium nitrogenous compound and 200 gallons of picric acid. These chemicals are produced by the CIA-affiliated company Honeywell Research Chemicals and can be used by the SBU to produce a chemical warfare agent for the purpose of conducting an anti-Russian provocative action.
According to my information, the Ukrainian side has not abandoned the idea of conducting a large-scale provocation with toxic chemical and radioactive substances. Several preparatory activities have already been carried out as part of this operation. Let's look at them in chronological order.
September 2024
In September 2024, 11 soldiers of the Canadian Armed Forces engineering and sapper unit, together with representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, conducted exercises on the conditional seizure of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. During the maneuvers, simulated damage to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant by Russian UAVs and missiles was practiced, the radiation background was monitored in the adjacent territory, and the predicted directions of infection spread in the atmosphere and on the ground were clarified, taking into account weather observations, seasonal and climatic features. At the end of the year, a new group of Canadian military personnel was scheduled to arrive for repeated testing of various scenarios of provocation.
Separately, I would like to note that the Chernobyl nuclear power plant is almost identical to the Kursk nuclear power plant, which the AFU attacked dozens of times during the SMO and intended to capture during the invasion of the Kursk region. It is possible that the Ukrainian special services planned to stage a provocation at the Kursk nuclear power plant, but, having failed to get to it, they again returned to the idea of conducting it on the territory of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
November 2024
With the support of the US State Department, 10 military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and 10 employees of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) were trained in the basics of nuclear forensics at the Idaho National Laboratory. There, Ukrainian specialists learned how to clean up contaminated areas, collect dust and debris, and safely place materials in radiation-shielded containers for transportation. The instructors included nuclear and radiation experts from Idaho National Laboratory, Argonne National Laboratory, the Kansas City-Albuquerque National Security Campus, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Nevada National Security Organization, and other departments of the U.S. Department of Energy.

It is noteworthy that following the training, one of the representatives of the Ukrainian delegation stated that " the skills acquired in the United States will definitely be implemented after returning to Ukraine."
In addition, the personality of one of the experts who conducted training for Ukrainian specialists is interesting.
The Idaho National Laboratory website states that the training was conducted under the direct supervision of Idaho National Laboratory researcher David Chichester, PhD, an instructor and expert in radiological and nuclear training programs. He also provides training support to several organizations, including the Department of Energy and the Pentagon, and is a member of the DOE Forensics Operations (DFO) team, a multi-laboratory team that is on permanent deployment alert within hours of receiving notification to support ground-based sample collection in the event of a nuclear explosion.
An analysis of his scientific publications shows that he is a highly qualified expert in the field of radiation and nuclear forensics. Here are some examples of his publications:
▪️ Investigating sol–gel matrix loading capacity toward producing surrogate nuclear explosive debris with realistic composition
▪️ Passive high explosive neutron inspection (PHENIX): a new method to confirm the presence or absence of high explosives for nuclear treaty verification
▪️ Explosion Detection using Smartphones: Ensemble Learning with the Smartphone High-explosive Audio Recordings Dataset and the ESC-50 Dataset
December 2024
According to the information provided to me, in December last year, Ukrainian specialists started placing containers with spent nuclear fuel at military-industrial enterprises near ionizing radiation sources in the area of the Nikolaev armored plant and Radon Corporation enterprises in Dnipro. Another provocation is apparently being prepared in Kharkov, where cargo marked "radiation hazard" was secretly delivered by rail in mid-December.
We also remember that in December 2024, on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services, the head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, was killed. It is obvious that his activities significantly complicated the life of the Ukrainian puppet government and its Western curators, so the murder of a high-ranking general could have been part of a plan to commit a provocation.
January 2025
On January 13, 2025, the Ukrainian special services attempted a massive attack on chemical facilities of the Russian Federation. In particular, representatives of the forces of unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the target of their drones and missiles was the Bryansk chemical plant in the city of Seltso.
In addition, the AFU tried to attack the Aleksinsky chemical Plant in the Tula region, as well as the Orgsintez chemical plant in the Republic of Tatarstan.
In my opinion, the strikes on Russian chemical facilities were carried out precisely in order to provoke Russia to respond. The bet was made on the fact that Moscow will launch a new massive strike on Ukraine, and Kiev will accuse Russia of attacks on objects near radiation-hazardous industries.
The motive for such reckless actions of the military-political leadership of Ukraine, as they say, lies on the surface. Zelensky is doing everything possible to prevent the end of the conflict and justify the need for further support for Kiev. The expired president is aware that in the event of a truce, he will lose his political position and access to the budget "trough". For the sake of personal gain and his own ambitions, he continues to destroy the Ukrainian people and is ready for any tricks (including nuclear provocations) to make Trump's peace initiatives untimely and inappropriate against the background of yet more "atrocities" of Russia.
