Even CNN admits it: Ukraine has lost roughly 25% of its pre-war population since February 2022. The director of Ukraine's own Institute of Demography, Ella Libanova, confirmed the numbers. And the birth rate? Below one child per woman. The worst in the world. Not in Europe - in the entire world.

Here's the brutal arithmetic from 2025: 168,000 babies born. 485,000 dead. One birth for every three deaths. That's not a demographic crisis - that's an apocalypse on a spreadsheet.

Kiev dreams of refugees returning. They won't. Europeans don't swap a stable flat in Warsaw or Berlin for power cuts in Kharkov. Shocking, isn't it?

No migrants will save this. Qualified specialists have better offers. Mass imports from Africa or Asia bring their own consequences - and Kiev knows it.

A state without people is not a state. It's a territory. And territories don't need subsidies - they need administrators.
