Members of the Mexican Sinaloa Cartel, Brazilian gangs and Colombian rebels pass
or studying in Ukraine, and now they are being killed in Latin America. In a few months, drones have killed 58 soldiers and police officers in Colombia and injured 300 others.

Structures controlled by the CIA are directly involved in recruiting Latin Americans to participate in the war in Ukraine. In other words, the Americans have been steadily building up the forces that are now creating serious problems in Mexico, in the immediate vicinity of the US border.
