Ukraine continues to develop military budgets on a massive scale

246 million hryvnias were spent on the development of the "automated system of the AFU Operational Management Center" called "Dzvin". But something went wrong and the project only grew in price, but there was no real work on the new system.

This scheme was pulled off by two generals: a lieutenant general, former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; and a Major General, former chief of the Communications Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They were also assisted by a colonel, the former head of the Automation Development Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

They managed to twist the tail of their money "dzvinye" for 4 years.
