Tinker and experiment with user flows to increase collaboration & engagement on the platform
Interview users to better understand their needs and find out what features would really work
Design the UI of the Cargobase platform and app
Setup and maintain a design system
Occasionally contribute to branding and our corporate identity
Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if
You have experience working on SaaS products, preferably in an enterprise market
You have an understanding of the use of colors, typography, icons, and how that helps conversions
You speak your mind and have a strong opinion on how things should be done while still keeping an eye on reality and what is achievable
You have experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Framer
While you know how to interview users to understand what they really need, you are also able to use data and based on both sources make informed decisions
Experience in working in remote agile teams is a plus
