This project-based role is ideal for someone who can deliver high-impact designs that simplify complex financial services and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage Fintech Experience:

Utilize your proven track record of designing successful mobile apps for top fintech institutions.
Apply deep knowledge of financial products like digital banking, payments, investments, and lending to create intuitive and compliant UX/UI designs.

User Research & Analysis:

Conduct in-depth research, to understand the unique needs of financial app users.
Develop detailed user personas, journey maps, and workflows tailored to fintech services.

UX Design:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture for fintech mobile apps.
Design user journeys that simplify complex financial tasks such as onboarding, payments, and portfolio management.

UI Design:

Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and appeal to fintech users.
Create style guides, UI kits, and reusable components to ensure a consistent design language.

Compliance & Security:

Ensure all designs comply with financial regulations and security standards, including data protection and secure authentication methods.
Stay updated with compliance requirements like PSD2, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.

Usability Testing & Optimization:

Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Utilize analytics tools to interpret user behavior and refine designs accordingly.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable design solutions.
Present and justify design choices to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

Requirements:

Experience:
5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong focus on mobile applications for financial institutions.
Proven portfolio showcasing top-class mobile app designs for fintech clients, including case studies demonstrating your impact.
Skills:
Expert proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure) and remote usability testing.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
Compliance Knowledge:
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and security protocols in financial app design.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and remote collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with top fintech institutions or digital banks.
Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or AI-based financial solutions is a plus.

Project Details:
