UX / UI Designer at Job Description
RealAtom is a fast-paced, growth-obsessed, Silicon Valley VC backed fintech startup hell-bent onreengineering commercial real estate lending industry. RealAtom has an immediate need for anexperience UX / UI Designer to join our agile team. This job is remote, with a minimum 40 hours aweek full time commitment working in an Agile Scrum environment.
You will play a key role in the development of new products and features, working closely withproduct and engineering to create experiences that are delightful, easy-to-use, and deliver on ourmission to provide transparency and efficiency to our users.

You should have:
A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in product design with a proventrack record of success
Ability to design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple productlaunches
Ability to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactionsfocused on increasing conversion and retention on both the borrower and lendersside of the marketplace
Initiative to identify problems and act on opportunities to improve the productoffering
Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently
A deep understanding of customer problems through user research to createelegant but practical solutions
Enthusiastic - Must be high-energy
Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are a must
Outstanding written and oral communication in English.What you will get:
