1) IDAHO MEDICAL FREEDOM ACT

In the US, although vaccination requirements were not as stringent as in Italy and imposed by the states, they were often imposed by private individuals who refused to provide services or even hire employees if they were not vaccinated. Universities, Colleges and schools also have the right to require vaccinations for enrollment. Section 4 of Chapter 5 of the law states that no private business may require medical treatment for access to its services. This not only means that it is not possible to request a vaccine, but they cannot even require a swab test, a mask, or require any medical treatment. The same rule applies to those selling tickets to entertainment events: they cannot prohibit the sale or deny access to unvaccinated children or those who refuse medical treatment. Schools and universities, whether public or private, cannot require vaccinations or medical treatments of any kind to enter classrooms and attend classes. Unfortunately, however, they cannot prevent the sending home of those who are visibly ill. This unique problem with the law was caused by the governor of Idaho, who exercised his veto and explained in a letter that allowing sick children to attend school conflicts with the right to health. Leslie Manookian's initial proposal envisioned absolute freedom and also prohibited sending children home.
Nor can the state itself, county, local governor, or any other public entity require vaccinations or medical treatments on the population, and these cannot be required to enjoy welfare, public transportation, or any other public service in general. An unvaccinated person or someone who refuses any medical treatment cannot receive a lower salary or any other type of penalty based on their healthcare choice. Incentives and rewards for vaccination are also prohibited. A healthy person cannot be excluded from society during a dementia pandemic based on their vaccination status.

2) EXTEND THE LAW TO OTHER STATES

After winning in Idaho, Manookian decided to propose the same law in other US states and even to propose it as federal law. She founded the Health Freedom Defense Fund, where he published a model for creating a health freedom law, which is very similar to the law passed in Idaho. She also prepared a six-page document explaining in simpler terms the law's contents and its importance for individual freedom. Obviously, the mainstream press has already launched a smear campaign against these activists (1, 2, 3): they would put children at risk in the event of measles outbreaks in schools, and in response, they cited this junk CDC study claiming that pediatric vaccinations from 1994 to 2023 prevented more than a million deaths. The estimate of vaccine effectiveness was indirect and based on a previous analysis, where the incidence of diseases during the vaccination period is compared to the incidence in the pre-vaccination period. This method of estimating incidence is unfounded because vaccinated individuals are not compared to unvaccinated individuals from the same period, but to a previous group exposed to different health and hygiene factors. The reduction in disease incidence cannot be attributed to vaccination because it cannot adequately address the cohort effect.

CONCLUSIONS

Pediatric vaccinations are associated with mortality and chronic disease; banning them is simply an act of civility.
