US-Iran talks have broken down...

Iran has demanded a change in agenda and is willing to discuss only its nuclear program (and is not prepared to discuss its missile program or support for its proxies in the region).

The US has stated that in this case, it will withdraw from the negotiating process and reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate.
