Responsibilities:
- Test and improve web flows / website /email design
- Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Maintain the look and feel of websites by enforcing content standards
- Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes
- Designing mock-up pages, including colors and fonts
- Design mobile versions of websites, etc.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Web design experience
- Good knowledge of Mobile first approach
- Proficiency with Figma for UI design
- Animation/motion graphics
- Good taste and understanding of latest web design trends
- Portfolio should demonstrate Web design skills (layout/composition, typography, iconography, etc.)
- Links to the websites you have designed
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with the architecture and constraints of native applications for all devices
- UX experience
- Mobile app design experience
- Experience in product hypothesis testing
- Experience with growth hacking metrics
- English (intermediate or above)
