UI/UX Designer

Job description

We are looking for creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with other teams to gather requirements, create visualization concepts, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for clients.
• Design front-end user interfaces for Web-based or other software products, including mobile and desktop devices.
• Develops process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies.
• Study how users feel about a system, evaluate perceptions of: ease of use, value of the system, utility, efficiency in performing tasks, etc.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into features and functionality for web/mobile experiences.
• Incorporates web accessibility best practices into the user experience design process.
• Acts as a leader for UX and UI design and educates others in and outside the company on the role and value of UX and UI design.
• Performs other duties as required.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• At leat 2 year working experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience implementing user interface design best practices and guidelines in websites and/or production software.
• Skills in diagramming, prototyping and using user interface design tools (i.e. Adobe XD, Figma)
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven presentation skills
• Understanding of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Ability to communicate with non-designers and developers to find the middle ground
• Adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative research
