We are building the next generation of AI-powered marketing tools for businesses, marketers, and entrepreneurs. As we continue expanding our product, we're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can help us create intuitive, modern, and conversion-focused product experiences.
The Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can take product requirements and transform them into clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to design new features, improve existing user flows, and create a consistent design system across PlanPost AI.
This is a project-based contractual role, so we are looking for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Design intuitive and modern UI/UX for PlanPost AI's web application and related products.
* Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
* Translate product requirements into practical and user-friendly experiences.
* Improve existing screens and workflows based on user feedback and product data.
* Design dashboards, onboarding flows, content creation interfaces, scheduling experiences, analytics pages, and other SaaS product features.
* Maintain consistency across the product through reusable components and design systems.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
* Work with the product team to identify UX problems and propose effective solutions.
* Conduct basic competitor and UX research when required.
* Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
* Provide design specifications and assets required for development.
* Iterate quickly based on feedback and changing product requirements.
Requirements
* 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience preferred.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating web/SaaS/product design work.
* Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
* Excellent knowledge of Figma.
* Experience designing responsive web applications.
* Ability to create clean, modern, and conversion-focused interfaces.
* Understanding of design systems, components, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
* Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to understand technical/product requirements and work effectively with developers.
Nice to Have
* Experience designing SaaS, AI, marketing, or productivity products.
* Experience working with AI-powered products.
* Familiarity with UX research and usability testing.
* Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic frontend development concepts.
* Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
* Experience designing complex dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
* Previous experience working with startups or fast-moving product teams.
