Position

Great software products are not only expected to work perfectly, but also to look and feel amazing. Moreover, the experience of being our products' user should be and feel insanely great. Festivality being focused on user centric approach in everything we build - good design is critical. Our platform consists of many interfaces that need diverse design approaches (from responsive web portals facing event teams and event partners ecosystem to mobile apps on iOS and Android for eventgoers).

We are looking for a smart, passionate and purpose-driven ace designer, who is excited to tackle these design challenges and lead the way. You have an eye for details and aesthetics, an innate ability to move fast and stay curious.

What You'll Be Doing

• Play a key part in our products UI/UX design on the web, iOS and Android
• Craft conceptual ideas into polished products
• Work with the rest of the team to bring your designs to life
• Play a key part in our products visual design for communications

Your qualification

• You have plenty of experience designing web and/or mobile apps—we'll be most interested in seeing what you've made
• You've mastered Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Figma or similar
• You have pixel-perfect attention to detail - You thrive in a startup environment
• You are flexible working both independently and in a team
• You care a great deal about great design
• Bonus Points if you're comfortable with front-end development
