TypeForge Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

TypeForge (package name: net.brisksail.typeforge) is a keyboard drill app that helps students and professionals build typing speed and accuracy through daily practice sessions. This policy explains how the app handles — or, more precisely, does not handle — your personal data.

What We Collect

TypeForge does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All drill results, session history, personal-best WPM records, accuracy scores, and progress charts are saved only on your device using local storage. Nothing is sent to any server, and this version of the app includes no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting services.

How We Use Your Data

Because no personal data is collected, there is no data to use for any purpose. Your typing statistics exist solely to power the in-app features — WPM trend charts, streak counters, key-error heatmaps, and personal records — and they never leave your device.

Sharing

We do not share any information with third parties. TypeForge contains no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, attribution tools, or crash-reporting services. The INTERNET permission declared in the app's AndroidManifest.xml is a standard Android declaration; in this version of the app it is not actively used to transmit user data to any external service.

Children's Privacy

TypeForge is appropriate for users of all ages, including children under 13, because the app collects no personal data from any user.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if a future version of the app adds features that affect data handling. Material changes will be posted on the app's Google Play listing.
