A video filmed by a shocked by-stander in Philadelphia captures the moment a cruel woman kicks the young lad after allegedly encouraging him to fight with a girl
DISTURBING footage has emerged today showing the moment a woman kicked a little boy twice in a playground - threatening to damage his testicles and make him infertile.
Kelly Jaxx, 49, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, said she started filming the video when she spotted the woman was encouraging a boy and girl to fight.
Seconds later, the woman started to kick the boy, who was being separated from the girl by an unidentified man.
Kelly, who was with her granddaughters Madeline, 6, and Payton, 3, at the time, started sharing the video online on Tuesday, July 10, in an effort to make the moment recognised as child abuse.
The video was later brought to the attention Philadelphia Police Department.
They said they were searching for the two adults in the video.
Kelly said: “At first, the girl was putting the boy in a headlock and the woman was smiling and laughing, encouraging them to fight. That’s when I decided to hit that record button.
“After I started recording, the woman kicked the little boy.
“I was very much appalled. I had my little granddaughters with me and they had to see that.
“What she did was child abuse, plain and simple. She shouldn’t be around children at all.
"That’s why I decided to make it public.”

THIS is the chilling moment a girl gang attacks a helpless teen they accuse of spreading rumours about a classmate sleeping with her stepdad.
The vile footage, which is being used as evidence in a police investigation, shows the victim being forced to humiliate herself while being kicked and punched.
She is made to call herself insulting names on camera before a boot stomps on her face.
There are even reports that this was the second violent assault on the defenceless victim in just two days.
The video, filmed in Russia , shows a pack of six girls circling the victim, who can only be named Kristina K to protect her identity.
Two male teens were also present during the attack.
One of the boys appears to hold the camera for most of the sickening video.
Four of the attackers and the two boys -- all of whom are aged between 14 and 17 -- have been shamed on Russian social media site Vkontakte.
The girls were named as Alexandra A, Avgustina R, Elena K, and Elena. The boys were named as Krill K and Alexander L.
Both the filmed assault and the alleged first attack are being investigated by police in Chaikovsky, a town in the Perm region.
The initial attack is thought to have been over a boy, according to investigators.
A girl that knows the attackers described them to local media as "a bad example for other teenagers".
Another said the attack was over "dirty gossip" being spread about a classmate sleeping with her own stepfather.
"So this girl gathered her friends and they beat her", she said.

This shocking footage shows a girl dressed in a pretty dress savagely attacking a boy in school grounds .
She can be seen jumping on her victim's back as he tries to get up off the floor, kneeing him in the head and pulling him by the hair.
Within seconds of the video starting a teacher comes into shot and the girl makes a run for it.
The teacher can be heard screaming: “Get that girl. Right now. Who is that girl?” before running after the attacker as she gets to the school gates.
The video was shared on Facebook and has been viewed more than 13 million times on the social media site, since it was shot last Thursday.
Neither the girl nor the boy is easily identifiable in the video.
Headteacher Kathleen Hawing of the Sonoma Valley High School in San Francisco, USA, confirmed the fight took place in the school grounds.
She believed the girl, who is a pupil at a nearby school, should not have been on campus.
Police were not called although a medic was asked to check on the boy's condition.
The video shows over 13 million views , and more than 111,000 likes.
Some comments applaud the girl for beating up the boy, suggesting he was a bully who got what he deserved.
But Mrs Hawing said: “We never condone violence in any shape or form."
"People are commenting on Facebook without any knowledge of the incident, and it's just unfortunate that those are the things we deal with."
She added that a request had been made to Facebook to remove the video, but the social media company is yet to respond.

Shocking footage has emerged of a teacher stomping on the backs of her young pupils because they 'hadn't done their homework'.
Two pupils lie motionless on the floor while the woman jumps on their backs as a form of punishment for not completing their work, according to a Ghana news website, Pulse.com.
The woman was a teacher at the Multi Educational Complex at Wassa Akropong in the Western region of Ghana and has been identified as Christiana Owusu.
Reports from the country suggest that the pupils have been subject to this method of discipline for some time, but authorities in the region have refused to act.
Late last year a Ugandan nanny was filmed as she attacked a small toddler because she spat her food out on the floor.
The 22-year-old woman stamped on the toddler as well as kicking her and dragging her around the room.
